Sarah is 24 years old. She had a passion for animals ever since she was a child. She remembers begging her parents for a dog constantly. Finally one day as a surprise, her parents drove her down to the local Humane Society and let her pick out her very first dog - a Cocker Spaniel named Sandy. She says that ever since that day, she has become passionate about saving the lives of animals.
Sarah originally started a bird rescue. It's called Feathered Friends Rescue.
We are located in Muskegon Michigan. Our "mission" is to help our community in any way we can. We offer availabilities to low cost spay and neuters, low cost vaccinations, and low cost flea treatments. We aslo have a pet food panty available to families in need. We are in the process of becoming a 501(c)3 as well so we are excited about that.
We are also doing wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. Sara Roys has blessed us with her wonderful wildlife skills. We are currently looking for donated piece of more vacant property as a refuge for the wildlife we take in until they are back to perfect health, then they are released back into the wild! Items are always needed for this as well. Please contact me if you are interested.
